To close your Stake account, you’ll need to have no securities or cash in it. We cannot close accounts with any funds in them or with any funds owing.
Once you have no balances in your account, simply log in via App and follow these steps:
Go to More > Your Accounts
At the bottom of the screen, select ‘Close account’
Follow the prompts and your account will be closed
For Web, follow these steps:
Go to person icon (top right) > Profile
At the bottom of the screen under Account details, select ‘Close account’
Your account can only be closed within the Stake app. Scan the QR code shown.
When we receive your request through email, we'll close your account and unsubscribe you from ongoing correspondence (marketing or otherwise). This process can take up to seven days due to regulatory requirements in the U.S.
